Invest 30 minutes to review a common set of questions we use in depositions to ensure you feel confident with your responses. Feel free to write out your answers or just think through how you may want to respond.

4. Consultation with Us

Within 2 weeks of your deposition date, schedule time with us to review questions, discuss approach, and ensure you feel really good and confident going into the deposition.
